Fri. Nehemiah 5:1-19 Nehemiah’s Concern for the Poor
How do you help the poor?
Not to often do I see poor people but when I do I usually will give them food. Some times people will fake being poor or homeless to get money so it is best to give them food. In this passage Nehemiah helps the poor. He goes to the nobles and officials to tell them that they are doing wrong in the Lord's and his eyes. He told them to give back everything that they took and they did and the Lord remembered Nehemiah for helping the less fortunate.
